Returns

You may return the received item(s) without specifying the reasons within fourteen (14) days of delivery for a refund. The period begins with the receipt of the goods and this instruction but not before you’ve read these return policy in paper form. Only for goods that are not conveyable in a package (e.g., unwieldy goods) you can declare the return desire also in a text, thus, e.g., by letter, fax or email. For the protection of the period the timely return of the goods (or the taking back desire) is enough. Excluded from returns are only products which had been ordered or manufactured at personal wish and opened patterns. The return of goods by customers from UK must pay the cost of postage themselves.

Return results: In case of an effective return both sides have to regive the services received. In case of use of the products the customer has to restore the benefits of use. If a product has deteriorated compensation can be required. This does not apply if the deterioration only is caused by trying the product like possibly a buyer does in a store. You can avoid the compensation if you make sure not to take the products in possession like an owner does and avoid everything which may diminish their value.

Return procedures: The return must be postpaid correctly. Customers pay the postage themselves.
